1. Who processes your data

Your personal data is processed by SAZ Atelier, the owner of sazatelier.com (the “Controller”). For any personal-data questions, write to 8@sazatelier.com.

This policy applies to all data the Controller receives through sazatelier.com.

2. What data we collect

• Wholesale sign-up form: full name, company, country and city, where you sell, phone or WhatsApp, e-mail, preferred payment method.
• Order details: name, phone number, e-mail, delivery method and city, your freight forwarder's contact details, order notes and items ordered.
• Messages in the website chat and messengers — whatever you choose to write.
• Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device type, pages you visited.

3. Why we process your data

• To create your wholesale account and send your password.
• To receive, confirm and fulfil your order, prepare the contract and invoice, and arrange shipping.
• To answer your questions and update you on order status.
• To keep the website running and secure.

Legal bases: your consent and the need to enter into and perform a contract to which you are a party.

4. Who sees your data

Only the Controller sees your full contact details (name, phone, e-mail, address, company details). Production receives only an anonymised client number (e.g. “SAZ-0042”), city, sales channel and order status — without name, phone or e-mail.

We use services that store or transfer data on our behalf: the Tilda website builder and account system, the tawk.to website chat, the Lark e-mail service, Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. The servers of these services may be located outside your country.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Sign-up data — while your account is active. Order data and documents — for the period required by accounting and tax law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookie

The website uses cookies for signing in, the cart, and visit statistics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but your account and cart may not work correctly.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the data we process, ask us to correct, restrict or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to 8@sazatelier.com. We will reply within the period required by law. You may also contact the data-protection authority in your country.

8. Data security

Only the Controller has access to buyers' contact details. The website uses HTTPS, and the account is password-protected.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page.
